MySugarDaddyIndia offers both free and premium membership tiers. Features and limitations for each tier are clearly described on our platform. We reserve the right to modify features at any time.
Our subscription policy involves recurring billing. When you purchase a premium subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances, but we are under no obligation to do so. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current term's payment.
All content on the MySugarDaddyIndia platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MySugarDaddyIndia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the service without our express written permission.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, and we do not conduct criminal background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySugarDaddyIndia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

The primary jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
